Outernet London partners with a limited group of preferred suppliers in order to guarantee the safe and effective operation of our event spaces. We ask that you liaise directly with those suppliers and ensure all elements supplied by them are included in your Health and Safety paperwork in the same way your other contractors’ are. Please ask our Event Team for more details and introductions to the following preferred suppliers:

• Audio equipment and technical support – Delta Live
• Print and branding – Imaginators
• Bar supply and operations – Create Cocktails

If your agency roster does not currently include an event production specialist, we partner with two preferred event production agencies, both of whom will work with you to ensure your event activation is of the very highest quality in terms of creativity and production planning. Please ask our Event Team for an introduction.

Please note the above event production agencies are intended as a helpful resource and we do not insist on you using either, however we do not allow freelancers or clients to produce event activations directly. As part of the project scoping phase, we will ask for details of your nominated event production agency, which must be recognised and reputable. If in any doubt, please ask our Event Team for more information.
